03Who Has Access

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Period.

We share information only with the trusted services we use to run our business:

• ConvertKit / Kit — email delivery and automation (Kit Privacy Policy)
• Cal.com — call scheduling and calendar booking (Cal.com Privacy)
• Zoom — live workshops and consultation calls
• Google (Firebase, Analytics) — site backend and basic analytics
• Netlify — site hosting

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and security standards. We choose them carefully.

07Children's Privacy

Our products are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We use industry-standard security measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure payment processing through Stripe, password-protected admin areas — to protect your information. That said, no internet system is 100% secure. We do our best, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a data breach affects you, we'll notify you as required by law.

09Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as we need it:

• Customer purchase records — kept for at least 7 years for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes
• Email subscribers — until you unsubscribe, or up to 3 years after last interaction
• Workshop attendance records — kept as evidence in the event of payment disputes

10International Users

FGC Simplified is based in the United States. If you access our site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using our site, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page (the "Last updated" date). Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Policy.
