Terms of Purchase

01What You're Buying

FGC Simplified sells digital educational products and live coaching services related to U.S. federal government contracting. These include, but are not limited to:

• The 1-Day FLOW Workshop (live virtual training)
• The 3-Day FLOW Workshop (when offered)
• The FGC Annual Community (course, coaching, software access)
• 1-on-1 Mentorship (by application)
• Paid consultations and strategy calls
• The I Quit Goal Tracker (digital subscription)
• Free downloadable guides such as the SAM.gov Cheat Sheet

All paid offerings are clearly priced before purchase. By completing checkout, you confirm you have read and understood what you are buying.

02Refund Policy

1-Day Workshop ($27)

If you attend the live workshop and decide within the first hour that it is not for you, email refunds@fgcsimplified.com before the workshop's scheduled lunch break and we will refund your $27 in full.

After the workshop's lunch break, no refunds will be issued — by that point you have received the workbook, templates, and the majority of the training content.

If you fail to attend the live workshop without contacting us in advance, no refund will be issued.

3-Day Workshop ($197 / $497 VIP)

If you attend Day 1 and decide it is not for you, email refunds@fgcsimplified.com before Day 2 begins for a full refund.

After Day 2 begins, no refunds will be issued.

Paid Consultations

Paid consultation calls (e.g., the 45-minute Deep-Dive) are refundable only if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled call time. No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

FGC Annual Community

The Annual Community is a digital subscription. Due to its immediate-access nature, all sales are final and non-refundable. You may cancel renewal at any time before your next annual billing date.

I Quit Goal Tracker

Monthly subscription. Cancel anytime; you retain access through the end of your current billing period. We do not prorate or refund partial months.

1-on-1 Mentorship

Mentorship is application-based. Refund terms are spelled out in the individual mentorship agreement signed at the start of the engagement.

03Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing, you agree that attendance, participation, or download of any digital product constitutes acceptance and use of the product.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer:

• We will provide your payment processor with evidence of your purchase, attendance records (Zoom logs, IP addresses, timestamps), email correspondence, and these Terms.
• Filing a chargeback for a workshop, course, or service you attended or accessed may be considered "friendly fraud" and may be reported to the relevant payment networks.
• Customers who initiate chargebacks are permanently banned from purchasing future FGC Simplified products and services.

If you have a legitimate concern about your purchase, please email refunds@fgcsimplified.com first — we will work with you directly.

04Workshop Attendance & Recordings

By registering for a live workshop, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The session may be recorded for quality and internal purposes.
• Your video, audio, and name may appear in the recording.
• You will not record, screenshot, or share workshop content without written permission.
• You will not redistribute, resell, or publicly post any workshop materials.

05Intellectual Property

All FGC Simplified materials — including the FLOW System, workbooks, templates, cheat sheets, course videos, and software — are the intellectual property of FGC Simplified and Coach J. They are licensed for your personal, single-user use only.

You may not:

• Share login credentials or materials with anyone outside your purchase
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any materials
• Use our methods or branding to create competing products

06No Guarantee of Results

Federal contracting is a real business with real variability. We teach a system that has worked for our students, but we do not guarantee that you will win contracts, earn any specific amount of money, or achieve any specific outcome.

Results depend on your effort, skill, market conditions, business setup, and many factors outside our control. Any income examples, testimonials, or case studies shown are real but are not typical or promised outcomes.

07Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any customer from a workshop, community, mentorship, or other service — without refund — for:

• Disruptive, abusive, or harassing behavior toward Coach J, staff, or other customers
• Sharing or pirating our materials
• Misrepresenting their identity or business at purchase
• Any activity that damages FGC Simplified's reputation or operations

08Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our systems.

By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount, including any recurring subscription fees, until you cancel or your subscription expires.

Failed payments may result in temporary or permanent loss of access to subscription-based products.

09Privacy

We collect your name, email, phone, business info, and payment details to deliver our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may use your email to send service-related and educational emails — you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

10Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of FGC Simplified products or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
